Prayer for Strength and Surrender
The Lord gives strength to his people; the Lord blesses his people with peace.— Psalm 29:11
Father God,
When my heart feels heavy and my strength feels small, remind me that You are near. You don’t ask me to carry it all—just to lay it at Your feet.
Help me surrender what I was never meant to hold. Replace my worry with Your peace,
my fear with Your perfect love,
my striving with Your presence.
I want to walk in step with You—not ahead, not behind—just with You.
Teach me that surrender isn’t weakness; it’s trust.
And trusting You is where my real strength begins.
